Oh my aching back!

I spent yesterday morning at the ice rink stuffing 150+ goodie bags for this weekend's youth hockey tournaments and all that twisting, turning, and lifting got to me. I'm glad I went in to help otherwise Dave would have had to do it, and that would have been rough on him. Tournaments can be stressful. All it takes is for one kid to take a cheap shot or a ref to make a bad call and he'll have 30 irate hockey parents in his face. He was at the rink all day yesterday and will be there all day today and most of tomorrow. But that isn't the end; there are two more tournament weekends to go. I hope someone else volunteers to assemble the goodie bags for those weekends. Now where's that Motrin?
