Leafy Green Scarf

Hooray! I finally finished it! I've been working on this baby for 5 long months. I wasn't knitting constantly (spinning, holidays, vacation, etc. got in the way) so it took me forever, but it's finally done. It turned out a little longer than I intended but I love it anyway. I haven't knit enough lace patterns to be able to judge how much they will grow once they're blocked. I blocked it firmly enough to straighten it out, but gently enough to keep a little of the 3-D effect of the leaves.

Bind off and weave in ends
Soak in cool water with a little wool wash, then block to desired size

Notes:
YO: yarn over
K2tog: knit 2 together
P2tog: purl 2 together
SKP: slip one as if to knit, K1, pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch
P2tog-tbl: Insert right needle into the next two stitches on the left needle through the back loops and purl the two stitches together. (Knittinghelp.com has an instructional video on how to work this decrease.)

The stitch pattern is slightly modified from a free dishcloth pattern that I found here.
