making it extremely difficult to type.
It's been over an hour since the repairman left so we figure it'll be at least another hour until he returns. As for this:
I have no idea what any of it is, but I can tell you for certain that IT IS NOT GOOD!!!

I could compare parts with you if you like. :) Ours blew the start thermistor, contact panel and the capacitor. Good times, eh? Fortunately it wasn't terribly cold when it happened.
