A case of mistaken identity

From the other room I heard Dave calling enthusiastically...

"Nutmeg, there's a rabbit outside! Get the rabbit!"

"Nutmeg! Get the rabbit! Get the rabbit!"

Nutmeg kitty just laid there looking at him like he had lost his mind.

"That rabbit is really chowing down out there."

So I walked over and looked out the window. I pointed and asked "Is that your rabbit?".

"Yes."

"Honey, put your glasses on. That's a bird's nest."

This robin's nest is such a magnificent structure; it's a shame it fell down.
