Spring has sprung

I'm using this dandelion pic as my computer wallpaper. I left it big so you could see all the detail. (Click it!) You can use it too, if you'd like.

I started some bright springtime knitting last night.


This gorgeous yarn is Manos del Uruguay in color 57 and Malabrigo in Sapphire-Magenta. I decided it was too bright to use for something to wear so I'm making a Knitting Basket. (As if I need another tote!)

~ Unfortunately when I opened the door to go outside to take this pic, I set off the house alarm. Then I had to convince the call center that it was an accident and that I didn't need them to send the police. "No really officer, I was only trying to photograph my knitting. See how the green in the yarn matches the grass?" Whoopsie! ~

Oh, and my AeroGarden tomatoes are getting bigger, too. Yay!
