Jury duty is far worse

I've been going to physical therapy 3 times a week for the past 4 weeks and Friday is my last day. I am thrilled that I had therapy this week. I got called for jury duty starting today and when I sent the forms in I told them that I had therapy this week and they excused me from serving! That totally rocks!!!

My therapist works me hard and I usually come straight home and ice my shoulder. But it is improving. I've gained most of my range of motion back and the strength is slowly coming. As long as I continue to exercise twice a day it should continue to improve. But I'm going to miss my therapist. She's a real sweetie!
