Festive holiday spinning

Even though yesterday was Turkey Day I took time (while the pies were baking) to ply and wash my 5th skein of yarn. It's a 70% corridale 30% mohair blend and it's a lot softer now that it's been washed.




We just watched the Blue Jackets tame the Wild 4-0 (Woo-hoo!) on TV, then Nelson and Dave left. Nelson's playing drop-in hockey and Dave has to give a speech to a youth hockey organization in Columbus, so I'm home alone with 8 ounces of darkly colored roving calling my name. Gotta go!
