The P-car

Even though it doesn't look too bad, the P-car is dead. The frame is bent and it would cost more to fix than what the car is worth. It took a few days, but Nels is resigned to the fact that he'll have to part it out.

He took it for a drive on a back country road Wednesday morning. There was a misty rain and when he went around a curve the combination of curve, wetness, and fallen leaves on the road sent him sliding... right into a tree. He wasn't going fast (second gear) and he wasn't injured at all, but the P-car is no more. We're sure going to miss it! :-(
