Pond scum

Twinkletoes is growing bigger every day. He's shed his exoskeleton 4 times and his water has turned a shade of green that makes me want to keep spraying the counter with antibacterial cleaner. Here he is holding on to a chunk of carrot.

He loves carrots.

I don't know if he'll survive the weekends with us on the boat since he's gotten use to me feeding him 3x a day. I just hope Nutmeg doesn't jump up on the counter and splash that disgusting water all over the place!
