I hate snow!

We're getting our first snow of the season. This photo was taken through the window. I'm not about to go outside today. Are you nuts? Just look at this!


Ok, I got brave and opened the front door long enough to snap one shot.


And the view from there isn't any better.

I sure miss Nelson, my son, my hero, the only one in this family who finds joy in snow-blowing the driveway spotlessly clean. (And he's a darn good Zamboni driver, too.) Nelson, please come home and rescue your mother!

Guess where I'll be tomorrow? Having my snow tires installed. I don't like the way they make my car handle so I always hold off till the last possible minute. But I'm two days too late this time, darn it. I hate snow!
